Choose a role before a rarity

• Opening defense: the September 18 video highlights Moon Blossom as a starter with slowing attacks. Test its live placement cost and opening before relying on it.
• Group damage: Star Fruit is described with splash and fire; Corgi Poseidon with piercing attacks. Those are creator reports, not freshly tested stats.
• Hero damage: the same video reports Watchman of Doom at 25,000 DPS. Current hero selection and performance require live verification.
• Support: Sahur Statue is described as a buffer rather than a damage dealer. Pair a support choice with attackers; a zero-DPS support unit cannot be judged by raw damage alone.

Price does not choose your damage dealer

Party Cat has a higher community trade estimate than many damage-focused choices, but the dated video reports lower raw DPS than Star Fruit. A scarce collectible is not automatically the most useful upgrade for your current run.

Use the value list when negotiating and the tier comparison when reading creator opinions. Neither replaces the live cost, range, effects and placement behavior of the unit you actually own.

Test one change at a time

1. Pick the map and difficulty where your team currently stalls.
2. Identify whether failure comes from the opening, grouped enemies, sustained damage or missing support.
3. Replace one unit and keep the other placements consistent.
4. Record the failed wave or clear, upgrades used and resources spent. Repeat before spending scarce ingredients.

Do not import Golden Ranger, Golden Mobster or Emperor wave scripts from another tower-defense game. A result mentioning Slop in its title can still contain the wrong game’s mechanics.
